Leaf Springs

A quality product made to ISO9002 (Quality Assurance). The leaf springs are raised approximately 50mm on original equipment design, to give better clearance off road and superior performance on road. Technical features include:

• High quality SUP9 grade spring steel
• Sleeved eyes

• Tested to ensure specifications

Coil Springs

• Available for all popular Australian makes and models
• Raised height (approx. 50mm above standard)
• Better design for improved load carrying, improved handling and better off road, 4WD ability
• Tested - fully scragged and load tested to ensure quality and performance
• Powder coated finish, to last longer

Torsion Bars

These are larger in diameter than standard, to give 25% greater spring rate. The benefits include less body roll, improved handling on road, better performance off road, improved braking and increased load-carrying (for bull bars, winches etc)

Polyurethane Bushes

Polyurethane bushes are recommended for heavy 4WD use. They are essential for mining and farm vehicles.

These bushes maintain constant hardness, even under adverse conditions and are highly resistant to oils and temperature. They give improved stability and control, and reduce noise, vibration and harshness. Bullet grooving ensures exact internal diameters.

Greaseable shackles & pins

Manufactured to ISO9002 Standard, these items are case-hardened to ensure a long life and their machined surface gives superior performance. They are galvanised and plated to increase their life span. Shackles and plates are manufactured to O.E. specifications or above, for increased life and safety.

Note that anti-inversion shackle pin kits are available for most Landcruiser models.
