Take Off Winches by ATS are hardly new, but it's worth noting that they
now are available for the new Landcruiser 78 & 79 Series 4WD vehicles.
They are a true heavy duty Australian made product that are popular with government, mining and agricultural users, plus civil authorities. They operate off the vehicle's transfer case and can run for hours without flattening batteries or overheating.
The ATS PTO winches use the 4WDs gearbox for power transmission, making five forward speeds (pulling in) and one reverse. They have a freewheel function and are extremely easy to operate. They are available for all Landcruiser 75, 78 & 79 Series from 1985 onwards.
