PROJECT PATROL (OUR LATEST PURCHASE)
At 4WD World, we recently purchased a 2000 model Nissan Patrol GU
for use as our company hack and outback expedition vehicle.
It’s the 4.2 litre factory-fitted turbo diesel model and it came
from a country property, already fitted with a Nissan steel winch mount
bull bar (made by ARB), Nissan tow hitch (made by Hayman Reese) and
a factory Nissan snorkel.
We’ve fitted it out with the following accessories:
- Turbo upgrade including 3” exhaust system
- Lightforce 170 lights
- Warn HS9500 electric winch
- Rotronics dual battery system including auxiliary battery monitor
- Glind shower unit (Little Ripper)
- Alloy deluxe roof rack (6’x 4’), transferred from our previous 4WD
