4WD World (ABN 13 054 482 049) operates the following websites, and these terms apply to all of them:

By using any of these websites you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. What these websites are for
Our brand websites are information and enquiry websites. You can research products, request advice on fitment, and ask us for a quote. Purchases are completed either through our online store at 4wdshop.com.au, under the sale terms published there, or directly with our team.
2. Information, pricing and quotes
Product descriptions, specifications, images and prices are provided as a guide and may change without notice. Nothing on our brand websites is an offer to sell. A quote we give you is an estimate based on the vehicle and requirements you describe, is valid only for the period stated on it, and is subject to stock availability and to inspection of the vehicle where fitting is involved.
Manufacturer specifications, part numbers and compatibility can change. We take care to keep our websites accurate, but we do not warrant that everything on them is current, complete or free of error.
3. Fitment and vehicle suitability
Suspension, airbag, load-carrying and related components affect how a vehicle handles, brakes and carries load. Fitment guidance on our websites is general in nature and is based on standard vehicle configurations.
- You are responsible for confirming that a product suits your specific vehicle, its modifications, and the use you intend to put it to.
- Some modifications affect a vehicle’s compliance, registration, insurance or warranty. You are responsible for checking the requirements that apply in your state or territory.
- We recommend that products are fitted by a qualified technician. Incorrect fitting can be dangerous and may void a manufacturer warranty.
- Do not rely on a website alone for a safety-critical decision. Contact us and describe your vehicle and intended use.
4. Your enquiry
When you submit an enquiry you agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We handle the information you send us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You must not use our websites or their forms to send unlawful, misleading, offensive or infringing material, to send unsolicited commercial messages, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any site or any system connected to it.
5. Intellectual property
The content of our websites, including text, images, layout, logos and branding, is owned by 4WD World or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print material for your own personal or internal business use. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish or commercially exploit it without our written permission. Third party brand names and logos remain the property of their owners.
6. Links to other websites
Our websites may link to websites operated by others, including manufacturers and review platforms. We provide those links for convenience. We do not control those websites and we are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices.
7. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with a service you are entitled to cancel your service contract and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a failure with the goods or service does not amount to a major failure you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel the contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Limitation of liability
Subject to section 7, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our websites are provided on an “as is” basis, we exclude all warranties that are not expressly set out in these terms, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of our websites or your reliance on information published on them.
Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant goods or services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.
9. Availability
We do not guarantee that our websites will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of them at any time without notice.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the effective date is shown at the top.
